 This privacy policy sets out how the team at The Greencrafts Village uses and protects any information that you give us, in particular when you use this website. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

Applications and registration forms submitted to The Greencrafts Village are used solely for the purpose of making bookings. We retain this information for up to two years before deleting and/or destroying and securely disposing of it.

Once a booking is confirmed we will require the necessary Health and Safety Documentation to be submitted to us. This information, and any other information you provide is only made available to relevant authorities as required by event management. We may retain this data on a rollover basis so that if you are booked the following year for an event it is updated, and previous documentation deleted. If you are not booked the following year it is simply deleted. Financial records may be kept for a period of seven years for accounting purposes. All electronic data is kept locked via a password protected computer.

The Greencrafts Village will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
